Returns & Exchanges

At Epic Armoury, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or the RMA slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our central warehouse at the address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned gear for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
